Castlefield is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Case Manager to lead and elevate a growing team of case managers. This permanent part‑time role (3 days per week) offers remote working with travel across London and the South East for complex cases, team support, and regional development activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of case managers, ensuring high‑quality clinical and operational performance.
  • Workload Oversight: Allocate, monitor, and optimise case management workloads to maintain efficiency and service standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Review case documentation, clinical decision‑making, timelines, and compliance to ensure consistent excellence.
  • Regional Business Development: Support BD activity across the South East, building relationships with referrers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Complex Case Support: Attend in‑person visits for complex cases, assessments, and team coaching.

About You:

  • Experienced clinical case manager in a medico-legal setting (senior level preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with a supportive, coaching‑focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational and quality‑assurance capability.
  • Confident communicator with relationship‑building skills for BD activity.
  • Comfortable travelling across London and the South East when required.
