Neighbourhood Team Leader – Housing Association – About The Client: Castlefield Recruitment are supporting a local Housing Association in Manchester to recruit a Neighbourhood Team Leader for an initial 2 month contract. This role has high chance of being extended and being made permanent. This role offers £28.54 per hour via umbrella agency. Neighbourhood Team Leader – Housing Association – About The Role: To assist with the Neighbourhood Plan approach to managing our neighbourhoods, to help to gather information that identifies key issues and risks to be addressed and then creation and delivery of an action plan for each neighbourhood To manage the Neighbourhood Officers in a geographical area supporting delivery of generic housing management including: allocations, arrears, void management, estate management, customer/ resident involvement, lettings and other customer interactions To take responsibility for ensuring that targets and objectives are delivered.
