We're looking for a hardworking, flexible and highly skilled Senior AV Installation Engineer to join my clients growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role that will suit an experienced AV professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and leading projects from start to finish. If you enjoy being out on the road, working on varied sites, and producing exceptional results, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Senior AV Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering professional AV installations across a range of commercial environments. You'll lead installation teams on-site, ensure projects are completed to a high standard, and maintain excellent attention to detail throughout every stage of the installation process. This is not a desk-based position – you'll be travelling to customer sites and working on exciting AV projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead AV installation projects on customer sites
  • Complete first-fix and second-fix installations to a high standard
  • Build and commission AV racks
  • Interpret technical drawings and installation documentation
  • Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Support and mentor junior engineers where required
  • Represent the company professionally on-site
