We are looking for an experienced Interim Events Manager to join a client on a short-term contract to lead the planning and coordination of a major event scheduled for spring 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised events professional who can take ownership of a key project and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The Interim Events Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing event plans to ensure the successful delivery of a high-profile event in spring 2026. Working closely with colleagues across communications, marketing, and stakeholder teams, you will manage all planning stages and ensure deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a detailed event plan, timeline, and budget
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners, suppliers, and venues
- Coordinating logistics including catering, staging, AV, and delegate management
- Supporting marketing and communications around the event
