Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Advisor for a housing association based in South Manchester. The role is interim initially 6 – 8 weeks, paying £19 – £21 per hour umbrella, and offers hybrid working opportunities after training.
The role :
- Assess Social Housing applications and assist with the allocation of homes to successful applicants
- Provide and deliver an efficient and effective administrative service and front line customer service across housing services
- Provide a front line housing management service, ensuring support to officers within the housing service teams
The person :
- Experience of working within social housing
- Able to deal with difficult customer queries / complaints and diffuse situations
- Excellent communication skills
