Castlefield are partnering with a well established Teesside-based Public Sector organisation, in order to recruit a Financial Planning Lead into their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact within a reputable organisation during a time of exciting change.
Duties include:
- Leadership of financial planning and treasury operations
- Ownership and development of 30-year business plan
- Perform scenario modelling to assess impacts on covenants and align financial planning with the long-term strategic direction
- Collaborate with the development finance team and senior stakeholders to integrate updates in development programs
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
- Lead on cashflow management, and support loan forecasting and drawdowns
- Prepare regulatory returns
Requirement:
- Qualified Accountant (desirable)
- Ability to build influential relationships at senior level (essential)
- Highly analytical and strategic with the ability to manipulate large datasets (essential)
