Castlefield are thrilled to be partnering with an established provider to support in the provision of a new Senior Audiologist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Audiologist who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while leading and mentoring a small, skilled team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
- Leading day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring best practice standards
- Supporting, supervising, and developing junior audiology staff
- Working closely with the Practice Manager to maintain excellent service delivery
- Contributing to service development, innovation, and patient experience initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
Essential Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
- HCPC or RCCP registration
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working in Audiology (NHS, community, or independent sector)
- Proven clinical competence in adult hearing assessment and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills

- Experience managing or leading a small team
