Role Overview

As a Case Manager, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation and care plans for clients who have suffered significant injuries or illnesses. Working primarily within the personal injury and clinical negligence legal-insurance context, you will ensure that each client receives tailored support that maximises independence and quality of life. This is a home-based position, however regular travel within the Midland regions will be required for client visits, multidisciplinary meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
