Castlefield Recruitment is currently recruiting a Housing Manager for a Housing Association in Greater Manchester, on a 6-month FTC. This position involves a mix of site visits, office attendance, and home working, with a salary of circa £44,000 – £48,000 per annum.
The role includes:
- Managing partnerships with development and housing management partners, acting as the key contact and establishing handover processes from development to management.
- Assisting in policy development and implementation to ensure excellent customer service and resident engagement.
- Collaborating with partners and statutory agencies to support tenants in sustaining their tenancies, and recommending strategies to maximize income.
- Reviewing letting and allocation strategies to address housing needs, sustainability, and social cohesion.
- Investigating stage 2 complaints on behalf of the Executive Team, proposing solutions and resolutions.
- Developing and implementing a resident engagement strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Manager within Housing Management.
- Knowledge of applicable Social Housing legislation and regulations.
- Ability to develop and manage partnerships.
