Bleeding Heart is seeking a professional, experienced sales manager to grow its thriving corporate events division.

Bleeding Heart has three celebrated Private Dining rooms, seating from 18 to 50, plus a truly magical medieval venue that seats up to 126 with a private garden.

We are located in Farringdon, amid a cluster of corporate clients ranging from leading law and accountancy firms to private banks and blue chip industry leaders.

Bleeding Heart was founded 42 years ago and is still privately owned by its founders. It has grown its private dining business by delivering restaurant quality food and highly personalized, professional service to corporate clients.

We are seeking someone with a proven track record in corporate sales to work with us to increase that growth.

Key Responsibilities of Sales & Events Manager:

• Proactively identify new sales opportunities for private dining, exclusive hires, and special events.
• Reactively manage incoming enquiries and leads, converting them into successful bookings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive overall growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and event & wedding planners.
• Oversee all event sales, ensuring they align with the brand\’s standards.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Develop partnerships with PA networks, local businesses, and corporate HR teams.
• Launch an incentive program for corporate referrals, rewarding successful bookings.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events, client meetings, and during meet-and-greet at events, ensuring the brand\’s image is upheld.
