The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our brigade. We look for enthusiasm, passion and drive in our chefs. You’ll be working in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn new skills to develop your career. Working alongside the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef you’ll ensure that the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance, making sure that every dish is consistent and to the standards set, working closely with the rest of the team to run the sections.
You’ll have vision and use your creative skills to assist in developing exciting new menu concepts for our guests to enjoy. You’ll need sharp communication skills to keep control with the ability to work well under pressure.
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to hit the ground running. You’ll display perseverance and have experience working in fast -paced, luxury restaurants with top quality local ingredients. You’ll have a keen eye with meticulous detail for every plate you serve. You’ll be an ambitious and driven professional who is looking to develop their own culinary career as well as assist in the continuous improvement of both product and service. As Demi Chef de Partie ensuring you and the team have the highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety, will be second nature to you.
