Castlebridge Hospitality is hiring an experienced People Professional to join the People & Culture Team.

You will provide HR guidance with a strong focus on employee relations across hotels and restaurants in the UK, partnering with on-site management to deliver practical guidance and support the full employee lifecycle.

You will manage a high-volume ER caseload, advise on absence, probation, and investigations, and help upskill line managers through L&D initiatives.
