We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Social & Marketing Executive to lead and deliver marketing activity across digital channels, content, social media, email marketing, website management, and brand communications. This is for a small entertainment business who provide music and acts for corporate and HNWI events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands‑on execution, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and helping drive business growth through effective marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating inbound enquiries, strengthening audience engagement, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content, editorial features, and case studies.
  • Create and design marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials.
  • Support the development of talent, brand, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate and support PR initiatives, award submissions, and media opportunities.
  • Plan, create, and manage social media content and content calendars.
  • Produce content from events and wider business activities.
  • Implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across social and search platforms.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, showcases, and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond appropriately to inbound enquiries through digital channels.
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure visual and written communications remain consistent with brand guidelines.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity, organisation, and strong digital marketing expertise.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media marketing, SEO, website management, PPC and paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using marketing and design platforms such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and social media reporting platforms.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies.

Working Pattern

Full‑time position. Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in a central London office. Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events as required.
