An experienced Senior Producer or Project Manager with a head for numbers and a thorough understanding of how events come together?
Our client is looking for a commercially minded events professional to lead budgeting and production costing for pitches and projects across the UK and Europe.
Working closely with creative, production and project teams, you’ll turn ambitious briefs into accurate, competitive budgets. From technical production and exhibition builds to venues, logistics and crewing, you’ll understand what’s needed, what it costs and where to find the best solution.
You’ll bring:
- Strong agency experience across live events, exhibitions and brand experiences, in the corporate B2B events space.
- A proven track record of building detailed budgets, including for large, complex projects covering technical production, logistics and F&B.
- Excellent supplier knowledge, negotiation skills and commercial judgement.
- The confidence to challenge assumptions, protect margins and work to tight deadlines.
This could be a great move for someone who enjoys the financial and planning side of production and wants to make it their focus, helping shape projects and win new business.
This role is one day a week in the office, with two when required.
