An amazing opportunity to work on events in the beauty sector! Events include parties, launches, activations and high profile press and influencer events, all of which require minute attention to detail and an eye for the perfect finishing touches. You will be responsible for the end to end management of brand experiences, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a really high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of event production (internal & external) including fabrication, graphics, AV, venue management, catering, health and safety, branding, merchandise and guest experience.
- Taking briefs from clients and stakeholders & delivering to appropriate teams.
- Client liaison and relationship building.
- Managing junior production team members and freelancers as required.
- Creating and managing project timelines, schedules and other project management documentation required per project.
- Demonstrating creative thinking, working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to fruition.
- Being aware of industry trends and creative executions within the event and beauty industries to ensure concepts stand out creatively and are executed flawlessly.
