We are a passionate team of entertainment specialists delivering bespoke performances for private individuals, global brands, and prestigious cultural venues across the UK and US. Our work spans luxury weddings, milestone celebrations, and high-end corporate events in some of London’s most exclusive venues and private residences.

We are seeking a commercially minded and sophisticated Senior Event Manager to lead growth across our Private Client and Corporate divisions.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing position focused on end-to-end sales and delivery of luxury events. You will manage high-value enquiries, develop strategic industry relationships, and ensure a seamless, elevated client journey from initial brief to live event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the private client sales pipeline, responding to enquiries with creativity, precision, and discretion.
  • Secure high-value bookings while meeting monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with luxury wedding planners, concierge services, venue coordinators, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored entertainment concepts aligned with each client’s aesthetic and vision.
  • Drive repeat business through long-term client relationship management.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure flawless internal communication of event details.
  • Attend key events to oversee delivery and act as the primary client liaison.
