About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines process excellence with creative execution. You will work on a variety of brand experiences, including exhibitions, outdoor festivals, product launches, and industry awards.
- Lead major projects, including festival activations, with support from the Project Director
- Manage budgets and oversee details meticulously
- Coordinate logistics, stock movements, supplier management, and production schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver memorable brand experiences
- Be onsite at events, from festivals in Manchester to fashion collaborations at Design Week
- Manage high-profile, brand-led campaigns and contribute to account growth
About You
You are confident, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving under pressure.
- Excel in client management and be the go-to person
- Have strong production and logistics experience
- Possess solid knowledge of branding and activation, with some experience in exhibitions and creative project execution
