Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager – Creative Brand & Events Agency
Hybrid (London office 4 days/week) | Full-Time (Immediate Start) | £42,000–£48,000

Are you an exceptional Project Manager with a knack for client relationships, production logistics, and brand experiences? We\’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and lead high-profile projects across major accounts.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines process excellence with creative execution. You will work on a wide range of brand experiences – from exhibition stands and outdoor festivals to high-budget launches and industry awards.

You will:

1. Lead major projects, including activations at festivals, with support from the Project Director.
2. Manage budgets and oversee details meticulously.
3. Coordinate logistics: understanding stock movement across the country, managing suppliers, and tracking production schedules.
4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver memorable brand experiences.
5. Be onsite at events, from festivals in Manchester to fashion collaborations at Design Week.
6. Handle high-profile, brand-led campaigns, helping to shape and grow accounts.

About You

You are confident, meticulous, and proactive, thriving when managing multiple tasks and solving problems. You:

1. Excel at client management and enjoy being the go-to person.
2. Have strong production and logistics experience.
3. Possess solid knowledge of branding and activation, with experience in exhibition stands and understanding how creative ideas come to life.
4. Can push projects forward while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Have agency-side experience in logistics, events, or production.
6. Want to grow accounts and play an integral role in long-term client relationships.
