We are working with a global events agency to find a Senior Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of international events, exhibitions and experiential projects across EMEA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their events career to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle—from pitch and planning through to delivery and post-event reporting.
The role:
- Support production teams across pitches, tenders and live projects
- Assist with project coordination, timelines and administration
- Organise internal meetings, agendas, minutes and reports
- Manage travel logistics including international flights and accommodation
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Support supplier sourcing and onboarding processes
- Manage project tools and documentation
- Provide financial admin support including PO raising and budget tracking
What we are looking for:
- Experience in an admin or co-ordinator role, must be from within an events or agency environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
