Castlebell is seeking a Senior Project Co-ordinator in London to support the delivery of international events, exhibitions and experiential projects across EMEA.
This role offers exposure across the full project lifecycle—from pitch and planning through to delivery and post-event reporting.
You will work with production teams on pitches, tenders and live projects, coordinate timelines, manage travel logistics, and maintain clear communications with clients and suppliers.
