We’re working with a leading B2B events agency to hire a Senior Producer to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale live events, exhibitions and brand experiences for global clients. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, managing budgets of £500k+ and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work.
The role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-profile live events and experiences
- Own project strategy, timelines, budgets and delivery plans
- Manage and inspire internal teams across creative, production and technical
- Oversee suppliers, venues and global logistics
- Drive client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead pitches, proposals and presentations
- Identify risks, solve problems and ensure seamless execution onsite
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
