London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | 9-month contract with potential to extend

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead relationships with global brands, drive commercial success, and help deliver exceptional experiential and integrated marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on client leadership role where you'll act as a trusted strategic partner, owning key accounts from brief through to delivery. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure projects are commercially successful, creatively ambitious, and flawlessly executed.

Main focus of the role:

  • Leading senior client relationships and becoming a trusted strategic advisor
  • Growing and developing existing accounts through proactive recommendations
  • Owning commercial performance, forecasting, and project profitability
  • Guiding and mentoring Account Managers and junior team members
  • Translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs
