The Role

The Project Co-ordinator will play a vital role within the agency's growing production team, providing project and administrative support across a variety of live, exhibition, and experiential events. This position offers the opportunity to be involved from pitch and concept through to full delivery and post-event reporting, giving the successful candidate a chance to gain hands-on experience across the entire event lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support members of the Production Team with tenders, pitches, and live projects
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions
  • Manage web-based communication and project tools as required
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and compile post-event reports
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including international flights and accommodation
  • Research, source, and manage suppliers, ensuring all contractors comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Support with financial administration, including budget tracking and purchase order management
  • Develop a solid understanding of internal systems and processes

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as an administrator or co-ordinator, ideally within an agency or events environment
  • Confident communicator, able to present information clearly and effectively
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Calm under pressure, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Driven and ambitious, with a desire to grow within the events industry
