Executive Producer | London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Our client is looking for an Executive Producer to join their award-winning experience marketing agency, delivering high-profile live, hybrid and experiential projects for some of the world's leading brands.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering complex programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving production excellence across the agency.

You'll work closely with strategy, creative, digital and client services teams to shape solutions from the earliest stages, oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects, and ensure every programme is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

You'll also play a key role in new business, leading the production element of pitches, developing budgets, presenting to clients and helping to win exciting new work.

We're looking for someone with

  • Significant experience leading complex live events and experiential projects within an agency.
  • Extensive integrated production experience across live, hybrid and digital.
  • A proven track record managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring production talent.
  • Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for project profitability and forecasting.
  • Confidence presenting to clients, managing senior relationships and contributing to new business pitches.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to challenge constructively to achieve the best outcome.
