This growing, ambitious events agency with lovely offices is looking for a new recruit! We’re working with a leading B2B events agency to hire an experienced Event Producer to deliver high-quality live, exhibition and conference projects across international markets. This is a hands‑on role managing projects from concept through to on‑site delivery, working closely with creative, production and technical teams to bring ideas to life.

The role:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of live events, exhibitions and brand experiences
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and suppliers
  • Translate client briefs into deliverable plans across internal teams
  • Oversee logistics, operations and on‑site execution
  • Build strong relationships with clients, venues and partners
  • Support pitches, proposals and client presentations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
