Head of Marketing – Major UK Festival
Hybrid (London, 4 days office) | ️ Live Events | Senior Role | Full-time, Permanent

A unique opportunity to lead marketing for one of the UK’s most iconic youth culture festivals. This experience-led event blends music, sport, and wellbeing and welcomes tens of thousands of fans, annually.

As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the strategic and creative lead—shaping brand direction, driving multi-channel campaigns, and leading a passionate in-house team. You'll own the marketing roadmap, budgets, and performance—ensuring every touchpoint delivers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading all marketing strategy, campaigns, and comms

  • Managing budgets, performance, and reporting
