This agency specializes in large-scale hospitality at exciting sporting events, brand activations, fan zones, and corporate events for a diverse range of clients.

\\nRole Overview\\n

This person will work across account and project management, collaborating with creative and production teams, leading the event production teams to deliver world-class, award-winning event projects globally. You will also manage your own live projects as an Executive Producer and oversee team management.

\\nKey Responsibilities\\n

\\n
1. Leading and inspiring production and project managers, including both permanent staff and freelancers.

\\n

2. Collaborating closely with the creative department to ensure proposals and outputs are highly creative, feasible, and within budget.

\\n

3. Working with the Creative Director, Client Services Directors, and Managing Director to promote positive agency integration and high client confidence.

\\n

4. Mentoring and guiding department members to support their development.

\\n

5. Ensuring consistent working practices across projects, including with freelance teams.

\\n

\\nCandidate Requirements\\n

\\n
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in a senior production role within the live events industry.

\\n

• Proven leadership skills, managing a senior production/project management team.

\\n

• Experience collaborating with Creative Directors and Leads to interpret and drive creative excellence.

\\n

• Expertise in production processes, tools, and documentation.

\\n

• Extensive experience managing complex, multi-market, global budgets worth several million pounds.

\\n

• Ability to create accurate budgets and cost ideas.

\\n

• Global knowledge of suppliers and resources.

\\n

• Ability to allocate the best teams for global event production.

\\n

• Strong understanding of end-to-end technical event production.

\\n

• Experience in content and digital production (film, interactive, digital).

\\n

• Knowledge of various fabrication and production methods.

\\n

• Competence across all event disciplines: experiential, corporate, B2B, employee events, exhibitions, outdoor, temporary structures, and hospitality.
