THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to develop and execute a sustainable strategy for growth from existing and new clients where extensive opportunities exist. This is an opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building and communication skills, adept at identifying new opportunities within existing clients, capable of securing these, then briefing the in-house teams to deliver the service provision. You will be responsible for four major clients where significant growth opportunities exist. Your role will be to build trust and confidence with decision-makers that you have identified in these organisations, elevating the agency profile in order to create new business and revenue opportunities from new project and service offerings.
