We are looking for a strategic, level-headed senior to lead the client services department within this growing agency, which is already performing really well. Someone who can take heat off of the delivery team, ask the right questions, quantify briefs, and confidently decide what this agency should (and shouldn’t) take on. This isn’t about attending every meeting — it’s about thinking commercially, growing clients, and further down the line building out a team.
What you’ll do:
- Shape and grow our Client Services function across beauty, consumer and influencer-led work.
- Work closely with the senior team on pipeline and growth targets.
- Lead pitches, support resourcing decisions, and ensure smooth delivery across client servicing, creative and event execution.
- Grow existing relationships within beauty brands and spot opportunities across divisions.
- Bring strategic oversight to briefs and delivery — keeping us sharp, smart and efficient.
