ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AS AN (ASSOCIATE) CREATIVE DIRECTOR, YOU WILL BE A VISIONARY LEADER AT THE FOREFRONT OF SHAPING OUR CREATIVE DIRECTION. COLLABORATING WITH OUR TALENTED TEAM OF DESIGNERS, STRATEGISTS, AND STORYTELLERS, YOU WILL SPEARHEAD THE CONCEPTUALISATION AND EXECUTION OF GROUNDBREAKING EXPERIENTIAL PROJECTS ALONGSIDE OUR EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR. FROM IMMERSIVE INSTALLATIONS TO INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENTS, YOUR KEEN EYE FOR DESIGN, STRATEGIC MINDSET, AND PASSION FOR STORYTELLING WILL DRIVE THE CREATION OF EXPERIENCES THAT CAPTIVATE, ENGAGE, AND INSPIRE.

  • CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: LEAD AND INSPIRE A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM OF DESIGNERS, GUIDING THEM TO CONCEPTUALISE AND EXECUTE INNOVATIVE DESIGN SOLUTIONS THAT ALIGN WITH CLIENT OBJECTIVES AND BRAND IDENTITIES.
  • CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: SPEARHEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE CONCEPTS AND NARRATIVES FOR EXPERIENTIAL PROJECTS, LEVERAGING INSIGHTS FROM CLIENT BRIEFS, MARKET RESEARCH, AND EMERGING TRENDS TO DELIVER COMPELLING EXPERIENCES.
  • DESIGN EXCELLENCE: ENSURE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF DESIGN EXCELLENCE ACROSS ALL PROJECTS, OVERSEEING THE CREATION OF VISUALLY STUNNING GRAPHICS, ENVIRONMENTS, AND MULTIMEDIA CONTENT THAT ELEVATE BRAND STORYTELLING.
  • CLIENT COLLABORATION: CULTIVATE STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATIVE IDEATION SESSIONS, AND STRATEGIC PRESENTATIONS, TRANSLATING CLIENT VISION INTO TANGIBLE CREATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
