We’re looking for an Event Account Manager to join a fast‑growing events and experiential agency delivering standout experiences for leading brands in the beauty and lifestyle sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, loves bringing creative ideas to life, and enjoys managing projects from concept through to flawless on‑site delivery. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of events including product launches, brand activations, conferences, incentive trips, exhibitions and high‑profile experiential moments. The Role

  • As Event Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of event projects and client relationships, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • You’ll collaborate with creative, production and supplier teams to deliver memorable brand experiences, while managing budgets, timelines and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event projects from brief through to delivery and post‑event reconciliation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner.
  • Lead delivery of events up to £500k budgets.
  • Manage venue sourcing, supplier negotiations and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and production schedules.
  • Oversee delegate management and event logistics.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging event concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and financial reconciliation.
  • Attend events on‑site and oversee seamless execution.

About You

You’ll be an experienced events professional who enjoys balancing creative thinking with strong project management. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years’ experience in events, experiential or integrated agencies.
  • Has delivered a variety of event types including incentives, conferences, product launches and exhibitions.
  • Is confident managing budgets, proposals and supplier negotiations.
  • Has strong client management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Has excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Is proactive, solutions‑focused and adaptable.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and teams.

Experience with event tech platforms (Cvent, Stova, Smartsheet, Salesforce) is beneficial but not essential.
