Working across high-profile brand activations as part of wider B2B experiential projects, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone early-to-mid career who wants to grow within a world-class production team and work on ambitious, creatively led live experiences.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the delivery of brand activations and live experiential projects end-to-end
- Assisting with budget tracking, cost control, and supplier coordination
- Supporting client communication and day-to-day project management
- Working closely with producers, creatives, and project teams to bring ideas to life
- Supporting on-site delivery in the UK and internationally (travel required)
About you:
- Experience in experiential, live events, brand activations or agency production
- Comfortable supporting budgets, suppliers, and timelines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Exposure to B2B and/or B2C experiential projects (either welcomed)
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
- International project experience a bonus
- Happy and able to travel for live projects
