This role involves mapping and planning the routes of spectators, visitors, and delegates to help them navigate through a large outdoor event. Responsibilities include:

  • Mapping out the journey and planning it with crowd management plans and other stakeholders.
  • Liaising with TFL, GLA, and various stakeholders regarding road closures and their impacts.
  • Managing traffic flow, crowd density, and the height of signage (both print and digital).

We are looking for someone with a similar background, experience with types of clients, and types of events. The role requires:

  • Experience with tight turnaround times, live road closures, and weather conditions.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to set timelines, manage project plans, and ensure quality control throughout the project.
  • Problem recognition and solution leadership.
  • Budget management, artwork management, creation, and sign-off.
  • Collaboration with the production manager responsible for delivery.
  • Being onsite as the client lead.
  • Resource management, including line management of a project coordinator.
