We’re looking for a talented and imaginative 3D Designer to create bold, immersive environments that push beyond standard event and spatial design. You’ll transform creative ideas into engaging three-dimensional experiences, from early sketches through to final build, working closely with creatives, client teams, and production partners. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical precision, and the ability to translate brand narratives into impactful physical spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and translate brand messaging into compelling spatial concepts
- Design engaging environments across live events, exhibitions, and experiential activations
- Collaborate with creatives, project teams, and external contractors
- Produce high-quality 3D visuals using industry-standard software (Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Apply emerging technologies to elevate audience experiences
- Create detailed technical drawings to guide production and build
- Manage design within budget parameters
- Present and articulate design concepts in pitches
- Liaise with manufacturing and production partners to monitor quality and finish
- Attend site installations to ensure successful client handover
About You
Experience
- Agency or in-house creative experience
- Experience delivering complex projects internationally
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through to final execution
- Strong awareness of cultural trends across art, design, music, and culture
- Experience creating compelling pitch presentations

- Strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
