This isn’t about attending every meeting; it’s about thinking commercially, growing clients, and further down the line building out a team.

What you’ll do:

  • Shape and grow our Client Services function across beauty, consumer and influencer-led work.
  • Work closely with the senior team on pipeline and growth targets.
  • Lead pitches, support resourcing decisions, and ensure smooth delivery across client servicing, creative and event execution.
  • Grow existing relationships within beauty brands and spot opportunities across divisions.
  • Bring strategic oversight to briefs and delivery, keeping us sharp, smart and efficient.

Who you are:

  • An experienced CSD, Account Director or Senior Account Director from an event/experiential or integrated agency.
  • Emotionally intelligent, polished, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player.
  • Strategic by default, you bring structure, sense-checks and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of B2C, influencer and beauty work (preferred not essential), and able to “speak beauty” naturally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to help shape a new function and grow it over time.
