We’re looking for a commercially driven hunter to help drive growth across a fast-moving, creative live events agency. This is a role for someone who loves opening doors, filling a pipeline, building partnerships, leading conversations and turning opportunities into long-term client relationships.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to:
- Drive new business opportunities
- Lead pitches and proposals
- Build strategic client relationships
- Shape growth strategy
- Represent the business across industry events and networking opportunities
Experience needed:
- Proven business development or client growth experience
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Confident managing sales conversations and pipelines
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Events, agency or creative sector experience is a bonus
- CRM savviness, ideally Hubspot
