Operations Executive – Experiential Events Agency
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
We're working with a creative experiential events agency delivering exciting brand experiences for some of the biggest names in lifestyle, culture and entertainment.
They're looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Executive to help keep the agency running smoothly, supporting everything from resource planning and freelancer management to internal processes and day-to-day operations.
The Role
- Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects and departments.
- Coordinate freelancer bookings, contracts, onboarding, offboarding and payments.
- Maintain resource schedules, timesheets, purchase orders and project documentation.
- Work closely with creative, production and account teams to ensure projects are properly resourced.
- Support the wider operations team across HR, finance, IT and process improvements.
- Help manage the day-to-day running of a busy, creative London studio.
About You
- Super organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong administration skills and a natural problem-solver.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams and personalities.
- Proactive, adaptable and happy working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Float, Monday.com or similar.
- Ideally some experience in agency operations, resource coordination or project administration.
