We're working with a growing, independent brand experience agency looking for a talented Lead Creative to help shape bold, strategically driven experiences for some exciting brands.
This is a great opportunity for a conceptual creative who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, turning client briefs into compelling ideas that connect with audiences and deliver real impact.
You'll lead the creative thinking from initial brief and pitch through to live delivery, working closely with strategy, design, production and client teams to bring ideas to life across events, experiential activations and brand environments.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years' experience in experiential, brand experience, events or spatial design.
- A strong conceptual thinker who can turn loose briefs into brilliant creative ideas.
- Experience developing engaging brand narratives, audience journeys and live experiences.
- Confident pitching and presenting ideas to clients.
- Strong visual eye and the ability to guide designers and creative partners.
- Someone who understands the commercial and practical realities of bringing creative ideas to life.
This isn't a hands-on studio management role. It's about owning the big ideas, shaping the creative direction and making great work happen.
