We’re working with a leading events agency to find an experienced Senior Technical Production Manager to deliver large-scale international events and exhibitions.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring deep technical expertise across AV, sound, build, lighting, rigging, staging, broadcast and event technology . You’ll work closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life, manage suppliers and crews, and ensure flawless execution on site.
The Role
- Lead technical delivery across multiple live event projects
- Define scope, technical requirements and production solutions
- Manage budgets, timelines, schedules and reconciliation
- Brief and manage suppliers, venues and freelance teams
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site delivery
- Drive quality, consistency and technical excellence throughout
- Maintain strong client communication and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Technical Production Manager role within a B2B events agency – essential
- Applicants without this experience will not be considered
- Strong background delivering international events and exhibitions
- Proven experience managing budgets (£500k+), suppliers and crews
- Broad technical knowledge across all production disciplines
- Confident client-facing and highly organised
- Proficient in AutoCAD and standard office software
