Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative event concepts and experiential initiatives that align with client objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding campaign strategies and execution.
- Monitor project progress, report on deliverables, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition efforts.
- Ensure all client communications are professional, proactive, and reflect the agency’s high standards.
About You
- Proven experience in client services, preferably within an agency setting specialising in events and experiential marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative and memorable experiences for clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and exceeding expectations.
