We’re looking for a practical and strategic Health & Safety professional who can balance hands-on delivery with oversight. You’ll work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring HSE remains a priority across all levels of the business.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation, with experience ensuring compliance in a regulated or operational environment.
  • A hands-on approach to managing risk (including managing accident and incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis), with the ability to influence behaviours and drive improvements across the business.
  • Experience developing and maintaining HSE management systems, documentation, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to monitor performance, analyse trends, and use data to inform decision-making.
  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification, with membership of a recognised professional body (or working towards).
