Since our inception in 2014, Castle Water has been committed to delivering exceptional water services at the best possible price. We serve customers across England and Scotland and are proud to lead the industry with a focus on transparency, fairness, and customer service excellence. We’ve built a reputation for innovation and reliability in a market that is evolving rapidly, and we’re just getting started.
With a strong operational footprint and a commitment to continuous improvement, the organisation is focused on maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. What We’re Looking For:
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation, with experience ensuring compliance in a regulated or operational environment.
- Practical Leadership: A hands-on approach to managing risk (Including managing accident and incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis), with the ability to influence behaviours and drive improvements across the business.
- Communication & Influence: Confident engaging with both site teams and senior leadership, providing clear and pragmatic advice with regular mandatory reporting to CEO.
- Systems & Compliance: Experience developing and maintaining HSE management systems, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Analytical Insight: Ability to monitor performance, analyse trends, and use data to inform decision-making.
- Professional Credibility: NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification, with membership of a recognised professional body (or working towards).
Based in Blairgowrie, the role offers a flexible and supportive working environment, with an expectation of regular on-site presence to maintain visibility and engagement.
