We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Internal Sales Advisor to join our team in Ayr. This role is central to Castle Water's Sales strategy in the Scottish Market. The Internal Sales Advisor's primary responsibility is to support the growth of company revenue via all sales channels. This will require a broad understanding and competency in all aspects of Scottish Sales activities, from producing customer proposals and direct sales, to customer retention and supporting colleagues in completion of national tenders. This role suits someone who is confident, thrives under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills. Job-specific skills testing will be required at interview stage.
Salary: £24,349 – £25,000 per annum + OTE

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering polished, professional, and highly efficient call handling that enhances the customer experience
- Crafting accurate, persuasive, and timely customer proposals that drive decision-making
- Strengthening client loyalty through proactive, relationship-focused communication
- Identifying, closing, and seamlessly facilitating new business opportunities
- Protecting revenue through strategic reactive retention when required
- Skillfully negotiating with non-contract customers and new occupiers, ensuring smooth onboarding and secured agreements
- Resolving customer concerns promptly while securing payment and maintaining positive relationships
- Engaging customers confidently via phone and written communication, providing clear, comprehensive responses
- Collecting, collating, and analysing sales data to generate meaningful insights for management
- Supporting wider business objectives through flexible, high-quality ad-hoc contributions
