Experience is preferred, but training can be offered for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Prepare, deliver and track high‑quality interventions under the direction of the SENCO and teaching staff.
- Offer functional, literacy and numeracy skills in a range of settings including the classroom.
- Provide pastoral support and inspire students.
- Contribute to the school's teaching and learning programme.
- Support the school in raising student aspirations, challenging student learning and engaging students in their own learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills supported by relevant qualifications.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people.
- Understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
- Right to work in the UK.
