Working closely with the Pastoral teams and Senior Leadership, you will support the development of a positive behaviour culture across the school, ensuring that students are engaged, supported and able to achieve their full potential. As a Behaviour Support Coach, you will be highly visible around the school throughout the day, proactively supporting students, preventing behavioural issues before they arise and helping maintain the highest standards of behaviour. You will work closely with individual students to identify needs, implement support strategies and promote positive relationships that enable students to thrive.
- Patrol the school site, corridors and social areas to promote positive behaviour and provide visible pastoral support.
- Support students during lesson transitions, breaktimes and lunchtimes to help maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Challenge and address any behaviour that conflicts with the school's values.
- Mentor and support identified students through regular meetings, target-setting and behaviour reviews.
Shortlisted applicants may be screened prior to interview by checking social media sites. The purpose of such screening will be to ascertain whether a candidate demonstrates appropriate conduct, behaviour, and suitability for employment in a school environment.
