Details:

  • Salary £26,000 - £32,000 (approx.)
  • On-Call Earnings up to £3,000 per annum also available.
  • Standard Office Hours: 35 Hours / Week (Mon-Fri, 9.00AM-5.00PM)
  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced individual with the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. This is a challenging and multi-faceted role, which will help the successful applicant to develop a range of skills, progress professionally and contribute and share in the overall success of the business.

Duties include:

  • Sourcing applicants and conducting preliminary telephone interviews.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process of new applicants.
  • Building relationships with the team and offering a comprehensive support service.
  • Proactively promoting the team to client partners to ensure maximised demand.
  • Understanding staffing requirements and delivering a proactive bookings service.
  • Managing the company’s performance and reliability expectations.
  • Keeping accurate records of activities on booking systems provided.
  • Assisting in the monitoring of staff training/compliance items.

Person Specification:

  • Eager to learn/further develop recruitment skills.
