HR Administrator in Lochgilphead

Title: HR Administrator Type: Temporary (approx. 6 months)

Hours: Full Time (Mon – Fri 9-5)

Invergordon Our client currently has an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their team based in Invergordon. This is a temporary role for approximately 6 months with the option for hybrid working (approx. 1-2 days per week home based). The purpose of the role is to provide HR administration support to the team, helping the HR department to run efficiently, accurately and in a way that truly supports people. Duties include: Administration of the HR IT system including accurate entry and transfer of confidential personnel records.

Maintain accurate HR systems and personnel files, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in personnel records. Assisting with recruitment including advertising of vacancies, response handling, arranging interviews and carrying out pre employment checks. Onboarding administration and inductions. Training, learning and development administration including arranging venues, delegates and recording of results. Typing of correspondence. Maintain and update HR templates, forms and documentation. Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Person Specification: Strong administration skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work accurately with confidentiality and integrity. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Passionate about supporting a positive employee experience. Comfortable working on your own initiative as well as in a team.
