Our client is looking to appoint a confident, organised and approachable Property Administrator to join their busy estate agency team in Inverness. This is a varied, client-facing role involving communication with buyers and sellers, coordinating property viewings and appointments, supporting property marketing and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients, managing multiple tasks and working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to property enquiries.
  • Arranging property viewings, valuations and appointments.
  • Contacting prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings.
  • Keeping clients updated throughout the property sales process.
  • Conducting property viewings, where appropriate.
  • Supporting the management of the firm's social media channels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to the property team.
  • Assisting with other duties as required.

Person Specification:

  • Be confident, professional and comfortable communicating with clients.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
