Our client is looking to appoint a confident, organised and approachable Property Administrator to join their busy estate agency team in Inverness. This is a varied, client-facing role involving communication with buyers and sellers, coordinating property viewings and appointments, supporting property marketing and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients, managing multiple tasks and working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to property enquiries.
- Arranging property viewings, valuations and appointments.
- Contacting prospective buyers to obtain feedback following viewings.
- Keeping clients updated throughout the property sales process.
- Conducting property viewings, where appropriate.
- Supporting the management of the firm's social media channels.
