Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Professional to oversee a small team in providing varied and comprehensive administration support to the business.
Duties include:
- Overseeing a small team ensuring provision of varied administrative support to a team of Financial Advisors and the firm's clients.
- Oversee the day to day management of clients.
- Answer telephone enquiries in a polite and respectful manner.
- Ensure all administration incorporates efficient recording and checking of client records.
- Follow email instructions from clients.
- Ensuring that client data is up to date and that adequate records are maintained.
- Obtain an in-depth knowledge of the services offered to clients by the company for portfolio maintenance.
- Attend company presentations/meetings.
- Calculation of fee invoices to send with the client valuations.
- Administration of Money Laundering documentation.
- Use of MS Office daily.
- Assist with written communication to clients and other external contacts.
- Scanning and filing.
- Compilation of reports and performance figures, provide analysis and check for accuracy.
- Providing accurate valuations ahead of client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and industry specific legislation and guidelines.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- An understanding and knowledge of the financial services sector.
