Role Overview
Our client is seeking to appoint a proactive and client-focused Client Manager to join their growing team in the Highlands. This role is vital to providing a personalised yet remote service to a wide array of SME clients. You will deliver a dedicated service, conduct annual insurance reviews and ensure a seamless client experience from review to placement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-renewal calls and regularly engage with your clients
- Arrange comprehensive pre-renewal reviews
- Follow the Broking and Placement Strategy, utilising key markets and e-trade platforms.
- Proactively discuss and offer important additional cover options.
- Issue renewal terms promptly, aiming to deliver terms at least three weeks prior to renewal.
- Support the transition of smaller Corporate cases into the Enterprise portfolio, ensuring continuity of service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of personal service while ensuring efficient and effective placement advice remotely.
