Summary

Person Specification
- Experience of working in an IFA office is preferred although experience of the wider financial service sector will also be considered.
- An understanding of the regulatory framework governing the financial service sector in the UK.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and colleagues.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills.
Duties include
- Assist in the preparation of annual reviews for new and existing clients.
- Product and fund research.
- Production of recommendations and suitability letters.
- Completion of investment and pension forms and trades.
- Dealing with client enquiries.
- Provision of extensive administrative support.
